This film is a parody of "The Magnificent Seven," minus four of the heroes. They do head south of the border and arrive in Carmen's town and then learn that Carmen has been kidnapped by El Guapo. What do they do? They perform acts of heroism–just like they have done on the screen–and save the town.

Victoria's father is Mexican-American winegrower Alberto Albertini (Giancarlo Giannini) who does not trust Paul even though her grandfather Don Pedro (Anthony Quinn) accepts him. Paul believes that if he sticks around for a few days and then leaves, he will be the bad one, and Alberto will vent his wrath on him instead of Victoria.
