Repo Man 1984 R, 93 min. Genre: Comedy
Director: Alex Cox Cast: Harry Dean Stanton, Emilio Estevez, Tracey Walter, Olivia Barash, Dick Rude, Sy Richardson, Fox Harris, Eddie Velez, Vonetta McGee, Richard Foronjy
This very funny movie stars Emilio Estevez as a young man in search of a job. He finds one that he can really sink his teeth into: he becomes a man who repossesses cars that people have not kept up payments on. One day, he comes across a 1964 Chevy Malibu with a strange air about it–which is because aliens from space may be involved. This movie is different from the usual fare and deserves a watch.

Director: Alex Cox Cast: Gary Oldman, Chloe Webb, Andrew Schofield, David Hayman, Debby Bishop, Tony London, Courtney Love, Xander Berkeley, Sy Richardson, Sandy Baron, Perry Benson, Edward Tudor-Pole, Biff Yeager, Rusty Blitz, John Spaceley
This is the story of punk rocker Sid Vicious (Gary Oldman) and his American girlfriend, Nancy Spungen (Chloe Webb). After his rock group breaks up, heroin addict Vicious decides on a solo career and sets out on a U.S. tour. One morning, Nancy is found dead, and Vicious is arrested. Was her demise intentional, or was it really an accident? It is not a pretty story, but it should give punk rock fans an inside look at their drugged-out heroes.
