Frank Ginetta (Kirk Douglas) is an old-line Mafioso on the board of the New York syndicate. When Frank doesn't go along with Vince's plans, Vince tries to get his father-in-law Dominick Bertolo (Luther Adler) to encourage mob members to rebel.
