When he learns that a young boy, Jai (Johann Myers), possesses a medallion that can be used to give super-human powers and immortality to others, Snakehead (Julian Sands) kidnaps Jai. During the ensuing rescue attempt, Hong Kong cop, Eddie Yang (Jackie Chan), suffers a near-fatal accident after which Jai uses the medallion to grant Eddie super-human powers–and the fun begins in this comedy/action/crime/fantasy film.
