  As a contest prize, foundry worker Horty (Olivier Martinez) wins a trip to Southampton to watch the Titanic sail out of port on her maiden voyage. While in Southampton, he meets and spends one chaste night with a Titanic chambermaid (Aitana Sanchez-Gijon). On his return home, Horty builds up the meeting into a romantic rendezvous, which does not sit well with his wife, Zoe (Romane Bohringer).
