One of Queen Cleopatra's (Sophia Loren) games is to make love to a guard and then have the guard executed. But now she has a problem: she wants to be with her true lover, Marc Antony (Ettore Manni), before he heads to war, but there is also a new guard to "take care of." Her solution is to have a slave girl (also played by Loren) pretend to be the Queen. A silly, sex farce.
