Larry Stanford (Peter Dyneley), an American reporter in Japan, is looking for a story. He finds it when he visits a mad scientist, gets an injection, and grows a second head on his shoulder, which eventually becomes a separate entity. The killing begins and continues until the climax when the now-separated duo dukes it out.
