Herbie's original driver from "The Love Bug," Jim Douglas (Dean Jones), is once again Herbie's driver. In this made-for-TV version of Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes tale, Holmes (Stewart Granger) is asked to investigate the Baskerville family curse and protect the latest heir, Sir Henry Baskerville (Ian Ireland). Holmes sends Dr. Watson (Bernard Fox) to the Baskerville estate to investigate, while Holmes disguises himself to perform undercover work. Together, Watson and Holmes learn that a relative of the Baskerville family plans to use a gigantic hound to kill Henry and then gain possession of the estate.
