Now it is nineteen years later, and Randy (now played by Dan Fogler) is approached by FBI agent Ernie Rodriguez (George Lopez) who wants him to infiltrate Feng's invitation-only ping-pong tournament. Randy agrees because he wants to help bring down Feng. But, he must get back in shape, and blind ping-pong master Wong (James Hong) and his niece Maggie (Maggie Q.) take on the task. The road leads to the film's climax in Central America where the deadly ping-pong games transpire.

The holiday season is arriving at the North Pole, and Santa/Scott Calvin (Tim Allen) has added to the chaos with the addition of his new family. His wife (Elizabeth Mitchell) is expecting a baby any day and misses her family. To make her happy, Santa has invited his in-laws (Ann-Margret and Alan Arkin) to visit. But Santa's in-laws do not know that Scott is Santa, so, to aid in the deceit, everything about the North Pole, including the elves, is disguised as being Canadian. Now, Jack Frost (Martin Short) appears on the scene and revises time and roles in an effort to take over not only Santa's red suit but his position as well. In the process, Jack Frost wreaks havoc on Santa's toy making production and also his family.
