FBI Agent Stan Lloyd (Woody Harrelson) has vowed to capture master jewel thief Max Burdett (Pierce Brosnan) and has followed his trail for years. Max is now claiming retirement and living in the Bahamas with his lover/accomplice (Salma Hayek). When Stan learns that a valuable diamond is scheduled for display on a cruise ship in the Bahamas, he enlists the aid of island police officer Sophie (Naomie Harris) with plans to nab Max when he tries to steal the diamond.
