There is one problem: he is already married to Tonya (Geraldine Chaplin).   I saw Doctor Zhivago in 1965 and to this day watch the video/DVD about 5-6 times a year. And ..... I have personally seen Omar Sherif buying fish in the Zamalek quarter of Cairo, Egypt!!
