Roy Rogers is filming a movie on location at the circus just inherited by Sue Farnum (Dale Evans) when her father died. But, trouble brews when her father's ex-partner, William Ripley (Grant Withers), tries to take over ownership of the circus. Roy is close by to help and–with help from "Gabby," Wild Bill Elliott, Allan Lane, Red Barry, and Sunset Carson–Roy saves the circus for Sue.
