Lawyer John Decker (Don "The Dragon" Wilson) has only vague memories of the violent death of his wife and son at the hands of drug dealers. But when he uses violence himself (in the name of justice, of course) he finds that his memories of the event sharpen. He continues his violent behavior and is soon lauded by the public as an unknown crusader of justice. He eventually confronts the crime boss and his wife's killer with predictable results.
