During a wild house party, Theta Pi sorority sister Megan (Audrina Patridge) is killed. Her surviving sisters–Cassidy (Briana Evigan), Jessica (Leah Pipes), Claire (Jamie Chung), and Ellie (Rumer Willis)–decide to hide Megan's body and keep her death a secret. One year later, they graduate and plan to go on with their lives, but a mysterious killer, with videos of the party, stalks them. Now they find themselves in the position of fighting for their own lives by uncovering the mystery of who among them has revealed their secret before they become victims.
