  Cop Johnny Modine (Brad Davis) is on the trail of disfigured Iceman (Jonathan Banks) after Iceman killed Johnny's father. But Iceman also has a score to settle with Johnny: when both were police cadets, they were attacked by a gang that left Iceman scarred for life and killed another friend. It's just not fair that Johnny came away unscathed, and so after the obligatory chases, etc., showdown time arrives.
