They visit Laura's friend Tom (Earle Edgerton) who runs a dart game at the park with hunchback Gimpy (Burt Young). But, bringing Laura along turns out to be a bad idea, and now Dan must find the killer before he and Laura are added to the list of victims.

All goes well–until gang members Captain Ross (James Mason), Katnaga (Jean Topart), Whitey (Michel Constantin), and Faustountil (Luigi Pistilli) reappear in Joe's life and kidnap his family. Their purpose is to force Joe into drug smuggling. In turn, Joe kidnaps Ross' mistress (Jill Ireland), and battles ensue.

Roderick falls in love with Whitman's daughter Maureen (Hilary Heath), which sets off tragic events involving both the witches and the Whitman family, and Oona gets her revenge.

Eduardo just can't let it go, so visits the basement and gets bitten. Well, soon the bites spread until the good old burning of the mansion in the final scene. Another of the joint U.S./Philippine horror films made in this time period.

After escaping from the asylum, Frankenstein accidentally kills Brandt and then transplants Pravda's brain into asylum employee Professor Richter (Freddie Jones)–an act that will lead to death and destruction.
