"Hope & Faith" is a comedy about what happens when a sleek convertible from the fast lane collides with a station wagon from the carpool lane. It's about the moments that make you want to hug your sister... and the times you have to resist the urge to kill her.Hope (Faith Ford, "Murphy Brown"), a down-to-earth, happily married mom of three in Glen Falls, Ohio, had her tidy world up-ended by the arrival of her celebrity sister, Faith (Kelly Ripa, "Live with Regis & Kelly," "All My Children"). Faith was living the Hollywood high life as a daytime soap opera star until her soap's character was unceremoniously killed off and Faith fled to the safety and serenity of her sister Hope's home to put her life back in order. After two years of havoc, Hope can attest that you can take the diva out of the daytime drama, but you can't take the drama out of the diva. While the sisters have suffered through mix-ups and misunderstandings that would tear average siblings apart, Hope and Faith have survived the last two years relatively unscathed. As for Hope's husband, Charley (Ted McGinley, "Married with Children")... Well, at least he has survived. This season brings new challenges for the Shanowski family. Faith may just have to resort to therapy to adjust to her life away from show business, while long-suffering Charley finally realizes that Faith is not going anytime soon. "Hope & Faith" stars Kelly Ripa as Faith, Faith Ford as Hope, Ted McGinley as Charley, Megan Fox as Sydney, Macey Cruthird as Hayley and Paulie Litt as Justin. "Hope & Faith" is executive-produced by Emile Levisetti, Nastaran Dibai and Jeffrey B. Hodes, and created by Joanna Johnson. The series is produced by Touchstone Television.
